In this particular case, the patient had very specific goals. First, she wanted a rounder butt that didn’t dip inward on the sides as much. A fat graft from the patient’s own body was ideal.
Second, she wanted a thigh gap. The surgeon extracted the minor amount of fat from her upper thighs in order to achieve the thigh gap and used it for the skinny BBL fat transfer.
