This patient’s breasts were too large for her body and sagging under their own weight. She opted for a breast reduction to improve the size and shape of her breasts while alleviating the back pain of carrying overly large breasts.
By reducing the amount of breast tissue, Dr. Ziakas was able to make the breasts smaller while alleviating the sagging, restoring a desirable round and full shape to the remaining breast tissue. He did so artfully, as well, improving the look of her rose tattoos by eliminating their stretched appearance. Her breast size was reduced without disturbing the valued tattoo work.
